Return Policy:
Expedition Imports offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. If Expedition Imports Corp., ships the wrong part or a defective part, we will refund 100% of your invoice, including the return shipping. (We will not refund more shipping than was originally charged.) For regular returns, there is a restocking fee of 20% for items returned after 14 days. After 30 days there are NO refunds. Do not send returns by COD. We will refuse them. Refunds require copy of original invoice. We will not refund parts that have been used, previously installed, painted, or modified. NO refunds on special order parts or electrical parts. Many times we will ask that you pay a deposit on special order parts. If you have a concern, give us a call, we are pretty easy!
Shipping Policy
Our Carriers include UPS, Various Truck Freight operators, and the United States Postal Service. We support all levels of UPS service. However, we request that you call to place orders where Next Day Air service is required. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday, as well as orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday. If the following Monday is a National Holiday, we will ship on the next business day. We charge a nominal handling charge to cover shipping supplies. Custom packaging for some parts, such as windshields, will carry an additional charge. All additional charges will be listed in the product description. If you supply us with a working email address, we will send the shipment tracking information to you as a service.
Shipment Damage and Claims
Once your shipment leaves Expedition Imports Corp., it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. Once you sign for the package, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We package your items very well to prevent damage. When the package arrives, open it and inspect the contents for damage in the presence of the driver. If the parcel is damaged in transit, make sure the driver makes note of this at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform the carrier and to file the claim. We cannot make a damage claim for you. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS or log on to ups.com to file your claim. UPS will issue a claim number and when approved we can replace your part(s). Hold onto all original packaging materials so that they can be inspected by a Claims Representative, if necessary. All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 and we will insure for face value if this service is requested by the customer.
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Cash and Checks as needed. We can ship COD but the customer will pay those fees. New International customers will need top pay via wire transfer. When you place your order on the webstore your credit card information is collected, BUT YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED. At the time of shipping your credit card will be charged. If their is an adjustment for shipping or phone/email additions to the order, we will ask you to authorize the new order amount.
